Privacy Policy

What information Nestdusk collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Overview

Nestdusk is an independent product review site. We collect as little personal information as possible, and we do not sell your personal data. This policy explains the limited circumstances in which data is collected and processed when you visit this site.

Information we collect

  • Usage data. Like most websites, we may collect basic, aggregated analytics: pages visited, approximate region, browser and device type, and referral source. This data does not identify you personally.
  • Information you give us. If you contact us by email or a contact form, we receive whatever you choose to send - typically your email address and the content of your message - and use it only to reply.
  • Search queries. The search tool on this site runs in your browser. Queries typed into it are not stored on our servers.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies and browser storage: strictly functional storage for site preferences, and - if analytics are enabled - aggregate measurement cookies. Advertising and affiliate partners may set their own cookies when you follow links from this site; those cookies are governed by the partner's own privacy policy. Where required by law (including the EU/UK and other jurisdictions with consent requirements), we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Affiliate links and advertising

Nestdusk is reader-supported. Some links to retailers are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you make a purchase after clicking them, at no additional cost to you. When you click an affiliate link, the retailer may record that you arrived from this site. This does not change our scores or verdicts; see our affiliate disclosure and editorial policy for details.

Third-party services

We may use third-party analytics and hosting providers to operate the site. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not knowingly share personal data with anyone else, and we never sell it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information - which we do not engage in. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below.

Children

Nestdusk is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
